General Conditions



World of joy keeps the right to cancel the camp if the minimum number of children required isn't reached.

The organization is authorized to cancel the participation of the child if it does not comply with the general rules. All children under the guidelines and rules of the organization, regardless of their age.

Both children and their guardians accept compliance with the following standards:

​

• It is forbidden the possession of any weapons, knives, ...

• Respect other children and adults.

• Respect the material, both its own and the children, organization and instalations.

• During the implementation of activities it's not allowed the use of cell phones.

• It is not allowed any kind of violent behavior, both physical and verbal.

• Respect schedules.

• We do not allow alcohol or tobacco, or other drugs.

• The activities are mixed, except for the use of bedrooms and dressing rooms.

• You can not leave the dynamic activity unless accompanied by an instructor or the express permission of the parents.

• Personal hygiene and order are important and will take care for the benefit of living together.

• Children will follow the guidelines of the monitors at all times.

• The boys can not take drugs in their bags (if the child needs medication, the parent will give it to the monitor in charge of his son).

 

Preparation of the backpack

 

Preparation backpack for one week, there is the option of laundry, for two weeks.

 

• Required: sponge, brush and toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, deodorant, cologne and comb.

• Bath: two swimsuits, two towels and bathroom slippers.

• Sleeping: one or two pajamas and sleeping bag.

• Creams: sunscreen, after sun, cocoa lips and insect repellent.

• Trips: water bottle, hat, sunglasses, flashlight batteries and used sneakers.

• Clothing: 7 comfortable shorts, 7 T-shirts, 3 long sleeve night.

 

We recommend not to bring valuables, game consoles, tablets, mobile phones, cameras ... The organization is not responsible for these items.

 

Lost objects

 

Clothes and lost items during the camp will be available at the pickup house.

Documents to be presented

 

Before the start of the camp, we need the following:

 

     1. Registration form filled out correctly.
     2. DNI size recent photo.
     3. A photocopy of the passport of the child.
     4. Photocopy of Health Card Social Security or private                  insurance.

 

If your child is taking medical treatment during the camp, parents will give us permition to give him the medication, and also the medication and dosage of the same in writing.

 

Communication during camp

 

During the camp parents can communicate with the children from 15:00 to 15:30 hours on the phones that the organization will provide input on the camp.

For the good of the group and organization, it is recommended not to call every day or wrong time to encourage the pursuit of the program of activities and leave him autonomy to the field to make the most of dynamics camp.

 

In addition, our Community Manager will report daily from the camp to present different profiles: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
